Substituted phenylmorpholines, or substituted phenmetrazines alternatively, are research chemical derivatives of phenylmorpholine or of the stimulant drug phenmetrazine. This will expand the raw material base for the production of universal substituted phenylmorpholines and provide consumers with new research chemicals. In addition, compounds with various antimicrobial spectra and activity levels were synthesized, which are derivatives of allylamine, morpholine, thiocarbamic acid, pyridone, resorcinol, hydroxynaphthalene, tetrahydroxy-diphenyl, fluorene, naphthoquinone, indole, tetrahydrocarbazole, etc. Microorganisms have the ability to develop resistance to derivative, therefore we constantly search for new medicines. Optically active heterocyclic derivatives of 1-ephedrine and d-pseudoephedrine are interesting objects for stereochemical studies, they are used both in fine organic synthesis and in the preparation of important biologically active compounds. In this series of particular interest are the chiral derivatives of oxazolidine and morpholine, which can find application in asymmetric synthesis. The results of other studies indicate that many morpholine compounds have valuable pharmacological properties. In addition, they are of interest for studying the influence of structural and electronic factors in various cyclization and recyclization reactions.
